Tibetan Chants for World Peace

Gyuto Monks: Ancient Practice, Modern Sound

In April 2009, NPR featured the White Swan Records CD, Tibetan Chants for World Peace, a recording by the Gyuto Monks Tantric Choir produced by Grateful Dead's Mickey Hart. Renowned ethnomusicologist and religion scholar Huston Smith describes the Gyuto Monks' music as "the holiest sound I've ever heard." The Gyuto Monks' Tibetan Chants for World Peace is available in CD and MP3 formats.
