Lauren Peterson, R.Y.T., is a well-respected yoga teacher living in Malibu, Calif. She is a student of Iyengar yoga, and an advanced Ashtanga yoga practitioner. Lauren is regularly featured in Yoga Journal, and can be seen in and on the cover of Yoga Journal’s 2001 calendar with other leading yoga instructors such as Rodney Yee, Richard Freeman and Sarah Powers.
Lauren has been teaching yoga for well over a decade and counts among her students Cher, Shirley MacLaine, Nick Nolte and Olypic gold medalist diver Greg Louganis.
Lauren lives with her family in Malibu, CA, and travels extensively, teaching yoga at conferences across the U.S.
