Deva Premal & Miten, the world-renowned singers of sacred, contemporary music, began their journey into love and music in 1990 when they met at an ashram in India. They have spent the last 21 years introducing millions of Westerners to the beauty and power of Sanskrit mantras. Deva and Miten created the mantra genre with the release of their album The Essence in 1998. Since then they have released ten albums, all of which topped New Age and Amazon.com charts worldwide. Password represents a shift in direction for the duo, with the introduction of Danish producer, RajRishi, who brought the cream of Copenhagen's jazz players into the mix.
